Terms and Conditions You can order products by telephoning 01948 860360. When you place an order for a product in the way described above you are offering to buy it for the price stated, subject to these Terms. When you place your order we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it and that the goods you have ordered are in stock. This email will be deemed an acceptance of the product, price, delivery details and our terms and conditions. We may cancel any sale and not supply products if it is reasonable to do so and may change or discontinue the availability of products at any time at its sole discretion. If an order is cancelled, any payment made will be refunded in full. This does not affect your Statutory Rights. Price The price for each product shown on prolineaudio.co.uk and includes VAT at 17.5%. We always try to make sure that the prices on prolineaudio.co.uk are accurate but errors may occur. If we discover an error in the pricing of your order we will inform you as soon as possible. We will then give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. (If we are unable to reach you we will treat the Order as cancelled). If an Order is cancelled, any payment made will be refunded in full. Prices are quoted on prolineaudio.co.uk are in UK pounds. Payment You must pay for your order before it is despatched and you can do so by credit card, debit card, postal order, direct money transfer or cheque. Please note that cheques must be cleared before orders are despatched and that we can only ship to the billing address of a credit / debit card unless agreed by prior agreement. Title of all goods does not pass to the purchaser until they are paid for in full. Product Warranties Pro Line Audio Limited is an authorised dealer for all brands we sell, and all new items come with a manufacturers warranty. Orders Out Of Stock Accurate stock levels are maintained on a daily basis. We will notify you immediately if an item you have ordered is out of stock and give you an approximate time period for availability. You will also be given the choice to cancel or have your order taken into back order. Returns Please contact us by e-mail returns@prolineaudio.co.uk or by telephoning us on 01948 860360 for an RMA number which needs to be included with any return, along with an invoice number, reason for return and your contact details. In some cases we will collect unwanted goods from you by courier and in others we will ask you to return an item yourselves by Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery or courier. Please do not return items by premium delivery methods ie Saturday Delivery before 9am as we will not refund a premium delivery method. *Goods Received Damaged Or Faulty Please do not accept a package from our courier which is obviously damaged, ask for the goods to be returned to sender and notify us immediately. You must notify us of goods damaged, broken or faulty on arrival within seven days of receipt. We cannot accept responsibility for goods 'dead on arrival' after the seven day period. When the goods are returned to us and the fault has been verified, we will either repair, replace or issue a refund to you via your original payment method for the goods and we will pay the cost of the return postage. *Unwanted Goods By law (Distance Selling Rules) you have a seven day cooling off period which starts from the moment your item has been delivered. Please contact us for an RMA number should you wish to return an unwanted product. Goods must be returned in exactly the same state as they are received, unopened, unused and securely packaged, as the goods are your responsibility until we receive them. We will not refund used, opened, incomplete or damaged goods. Once you've informed us of your decision to return goods under the DSD, you have 28 days to do so at your own expense. On our receipt of the goods in satisfactory condition we will issue a refund for the cost of the goods to your original payment method. If your goods develop a fault but it's more than 28 days since receipt, then provided your product is within its warranty period, you are entitled to a warranty repair. Please contact us for an RMA number and we will inform you of the appropriate arrangements. You will have to pay all carriage costs. Customer Privacy We are committed to protecting the privacy of our customers therefore we will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We do not pass any of your information to third parties without first gaining your explicit consent.
