Delivery

We will make every effort to deliver within the time stated in our confirmation email but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery.  If orders are not delivered within the estimated delivery time which we quote, please contact us by telephone or email and we will track your order.  All goods must be checked within seven days of receipt and any discrepancies or damage must be notified by telephone on 01948 860360 or email returns@prolineaudio.co.uk.  Damages and shortages may not be accepted after this period of time.

Please keep all packaging until you are fully satisfied that your order is correct.

Please order with enough lead-time to prevent any loss or disappointment resulting from the delivery time as Pro Line Audio Limited cannot be responsible for this.

We offer combined postage within a reasonable size / weight, you only pay per consignment.

Most orders (weekdays) will be despatched within 24 hours on a 24 hour delivery service although at busy times and for larger orders we can't guarantee this.  If you would like to guarantee 24 hour delivery an extra charge will be payable, please call us on 01948 860360 for details.

Delivery Zone 1 - £7.50

(England, Wales and parts of Scotland, excluding Highlands and Islands. The zone is made up of all postcodes not mentioned in zones 2 and 3).  Please contact us for a quote if your order is unusually large / heavy.

Delivery Zone 2

The Highlands and Islands of Scotland - postcodes IV, HS, KA27- 28, KW, PA20- 49, PA60 - 78, PH17- 26, PH30 - 44, PH49 - 50, ZE.   Please contact us for a quote.

We do not ship to:  Zone 3

Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly -postcodes BT, IM, TR21-25, the Channel Islands.
